Judiciary

After medical school, I attained a law degree with a concentration in patent law.  Where possible, I will write legal analyses of issues before the Supreme Court and occasionally write an argument.  I will also try to explain the legal principals used in the decisions of lower courts because often the media states the conclusion of a case without properly explaining the precedent used by the court.  This leads an audience to believe judges write wildly inappropriate and self-serving decisions.  The truth is, judges are often forced to conclude with a holding opposed to what they believe right because precedent leaves them no choice.  Hopefully, I will shed light on the mechanism and role of our Judiciary.
